SWET SILVER IT

 S'WET SILVER INSTRUCTOR TRAINING 

The S’WET™ Silver Instructor Training is a specialized certification designed for aquatic fitness professionals eager to serve aging athletes, active older adults and participants seeking a balanced, full body workout. This comprehensive training focuses on Lower Intensity Interval Training (LIIT), integrating functional fitness, joint mobility, and exercises that support activities of daily living.

8 hours in lecture & pool

Equipment Used: Flotation Belt (Optional), Noodle & Hand buoys

 S'WET DEEP INSTRUCTOR TRAINING 

The S’WET™ DEEP Instructor Training is a full day of intensive education and practical learning specially designed for deep water fitness! The 8-hour certification includes interactive lectures, demonstrations, group exercises and in-pool workouts that provides you with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively structure your deep water training sessions to achieve maximum results for all fitness levels.

 S'WET INSTRUCTOR TRAINING 

The S’WET™ Instructor Training is a full day of intensive education and practical learning designed to revamp and reinvigorate your aquatic fitness teaching skills! The 8-hour day includes interactive lectures, demonstrations, group exercises and in-pool workouts that will arm you with the ability to incorporate the S’WET™ philosophy and formula for success into your current programming, as well as certify you to teach the in-demand branded workouts we offer at your facility.

Equipment Used: Hand Buoys and/or Noodle

 TURF TO SURF 

Turf to Surf will help you sub a water class by learning how to build a balanced workout using base moves, as well as modifications to help your participants. Design Strength and HIIT circuits using common pool equipment to progress or regress workouts and work together in teams to brainstorm on how to build an effective class for your students! This course will give you a road map on what educational steps to take to continue to grow and elevate your aquatic fitness teaching skills.

S’WET™ Boot Camp 2 is a dual-depth aquatic fitness workshop designed to help instructors deliver structured, results-driven workouts. Through intentional block design, participants will explore strength, cardio, core, and recovery training while learning to apply functional movement patterns, effective cueing, and work-to-recovery ratios. This course equips instructors with practical tools to build safe, inclusive classes that challenge all fitness levels.

 CHALLENGE ACCEPTED 

Challenge Accepted is a dual-depth aquatic fitness course that delivers a structured approach to high-intensity interval training. Evolved from the original S’WET™ Challenge, this workshop blends strength, cardio, and core work with purposeful cueing and functional progressions. Instructors will explore layered intensity, recovery strategies, and inclusive design to support safe, results-driven programming for all fitness levels.

 SILVER WAVE WARRIORS 

Silver Wave Warrior is a dual-depth aquatic fitness course focused on functional, joint-friendly movement for active aging adults. Based on S’WET™ Silver Instructor Training and Arthritis Foundation principles, it emphasizes mobility, stability, and core integration. Instructors will learn to create inclusive, low-impact workouts using adaptable progressions, purposeful programming, and depth-specific cueing to support long-term participant wellness.

Equipment Used: Flotation Belt (For Deep Participants), light density hand buoys and webbed gloves (gloves optional)

 DUAL DEPTH
STRENGTH & CARDIO 

Elevating base moves, tempo variations, lever lengths and unilateral training, this dual depth workout incorporates strength and cardio conditioning while correcting muscle imbalances with just a single hand buoy and the water’s resistance. No need to worry about complex choreography, we are making serious waves with our timer (or clock) and freestyle interval training.

 AQUA DEPTH 

Dual Depth water workout focused on base moves and intervals that both depths can perform. Wall work, Pyramids, Tabata and more. This workout provides an intense challenge regardless of the depth you are in.

 HYDRO BURN 

A shallow water workout focusing on bilateral and unilateral hand buoy work. Using the drag resistance of water in combination with the buoyancy of hand buoys, this routine will target each muscle group working bilaterally and unilaterally to help correct muscle imbalances and improve overall strength.

 NOODLE CORE & MORE 

Utilizing a medium density noodle, your workout will go through series of movements holding the noodle with your hands, placing it under your feet, seated on it like a swing and behind your back – all while having fun and maximizing resistance of the water and the noodle’s buoyancy.

 NOODLE RX 

This intense but low-impact workout was created to accommodate students of various heights and fitness levels in a shallow-water class. The first segment focuses on creating class content with grounded moves and the other two segments demonstrate how to incorporate a noodle to provide creative challenges and reduce impact.
