In this short video series, Jenni Lynn Patterson Lacour shares a quick circuit of 11 moves, first performed without equipment and then performed with Aqualogix Resistance Bells.


Instructor Tip: The purpose of doing moves with and without equipment is to reinforce the fact that equipment is NOT needed to get a good workout in water. The water itself is a form of resistance equipment.
