Make waves with our workout that blends the power of water resistance with buoyancy-based training. This energizing session features both equipment-free exercises and creative hand buoy routines done at the pool wall or even in the center using an “imaginary wall.” With a focus on bilateral and unilateral movement, you’ll challenge every major muscle group, correct imbalances, and build total-body strength — all in the dynamic, joint-friendly environment of shallow water.
