Two Days of Aquatic Fitness Education. Join Jenni Lynn Patterson LaCour for one or all of the water workout events offered below, including two Turf to Surf — our "splash" course into aqua fitness, plus Dual Depth Strength & Cardio and the official S’WET™ DEEP Instructor Training.

Friday, Oct. 9th: Two Workshops Offered:
9:00 am - 1:30 pm: TURF TO SURF: This course will help land instructors and those new to aquatic fitness sub a water class by learning how to build a balanced workout using base moves, as well as modifications to help your participants. Design Strength and HIIT circuits using common pool equipment to progress or regress workouts and work together in teams to brainstorm on how to build an effective class for your students!
