Jenni Lynn is a NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association/Certified Personal Trainer), AEA Aquatic Specialist & CEC Provider, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor & CEC Provider and NASM CEC Provider.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Health Psychology, Jenni Lynn combined her knowledge of neuromuscular and physical conditioning with her love for swimming and aquatic fitness to create S'WET® - the intense, athletic, aquatic boot camp modifiable for all levels of experience and ability.
S'WET® combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with advanced cardio, plyometrics, unique equipment from around the world, and a splash of fun!

Christopher LaCour is an AEA Certified Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Aquastrength Master Trainer, and S’WET® Certified Instructor who has been teaching Water Fitness and Recovery for over 4 years in New York City. Chris was introduced to workouts in the water after a snowboarding injury that lead to a subsequent spinal surgery. He quickly realized the benefits of water training firsthand and it’s incredible properties for improving his strength, cardio and speedy recovery.
Since then, Chris has been dedicated to changing the perception of water fitness while helping people revamp their workout routines and bring them into the pool for an incredible aquatic workout.
