I'm a water enthuasist. A fomer competive swimmer and coach, I now spend my time "encouraging loudly" those around me to work to their fullest potential in and out of the pool. Outside of the pool you will find me lifting, biking, hiking, or just trying to move. That is when I'm not chasing my 2 little monkey.
