Due to the high-intensity and strength-building nature of our programs, standard pool equipment may be required. If you have any questions about the type or availability of equipment, or your facility does not have access to equipment, please let us know ASAP so we can assist and/or discuss alternative options.

* We ask hosts to work with us to commit to recruiting at least 10 participants from their staff, professional networks and the general public. We will assist you in advertising and promoting the event online, at nearby facilities and other appropriate venues to reach the minimum.
Costs to Participants:

$45 for 1 S’WET™ Workshop; $80 for 2; $110 for all 3.

Our Turf to Surf Workshop (4-hr training) will be $150.

Our S’WET™ Instructor Training (8-hr training) will be $300.

Depending on the selected workshops offered, we will build out bundles/package deals for registered participants.
AEA Members will be eligible for a 10% discount.
Prior to the event, we will coordinate with host to build out an official schedule and access to pool/lecture space.

TURF TO SURF
Turf to Surf will help you sub a water class by learning how to build a balanced workout using base moves, as well as modifications to help your participants. Design Strength and HIIT circuits using common pool equipment to progress or regress workouts and work together in teams to brainstorm on how to build an effective class for your students! This course will give you a road map on what educational steps to take to continue to grow and elevate your aquatic fitness teaching skills.
4 hours in lecture & pool

Equipment Used: Hand Buoys, Noodle and webbed gloves (gloves optional)

DECK BLOCKS
Whether you’re a seasoned instructor, or a back up sub, learn how to build a balanced workout using the basic blocks of movement, as well as important modifications to help all of your participants. Work together in teams to brainstorm on how to build the best class for your wave warriors!

SILVER STRENGTH
Learn to expand your techniques using Level II, Grounded and equipment-assisted high intensity exercises to elevate your elite senior aqua enthusiasts. Incorporates everything from cardio intervals, balance work & core teasers to keep our active aging population coming back for more!
2/3 hours in lecture & pool

Equipment Used: Drag Bells (Light), Paddles or Webbed Gloves and Hand Buoys – Unilateral work so each participant only needs 1 bell & 1 buoy.

JENNI LYNN FITNESS

WAVE WARRIOR
Whether your aqua class is 30, 45 or 60 minutes long, you can get your students the calorie and muscle burn they want each time they come to class. Learn how to build a total body aquatic workout and takes your interval training to the next level combining strength, cardio, flexibility & intense core training.
2/3 hours in lecture & pool

Equipment Used: Aqualogix Resistance Bells, Drag Paddles and/or Hand Gloves
NOODLE RX
This intense but low-impact workout was created to accommodate students of various heights and fitness levels in a shallow-water class. The first segment focuses on creating class content with grounded moves and the other two segments demonstrate how to incorporate a noodle to provide creative challenges and reduce impact.

S'WET BOOTCAMP
Get your students energized with our high-intensity boot camp classes! By combining circuit training with creative exercises and equipment, this course offers new ways to optimize your pool space with some hardcore aquatic training, helping students achieve results they want.

S'WET CHALLENGE
No matter what fitness level students are at, you can always teach them to work to their maximum potential! Using various levels and modifications, your students can begin at their own pace but challenge them to take their workouts further than ever expected.

FREESTYLE FLOW
Do you struggle with aquatic choreography & 32-count phrases? Do you feel like more of a freestyle kind of instructor? You’ve found the right workshop. This session will help you feel more confident and educated on the Freestyle/Non-Linear form of choreographed teaching while giving your students a safe and well-balanced workout.
